Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veriwins ("VeriWin$", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are & Acceptance
- Seller. The Service is operated by Veriwins ("we", "us", "our"). Veriwins is an independent AI compliance auditor for social media giveaways.
- Acceptance. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and, if acting on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind it.
- Account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
- Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Buyer Terms. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms .
- Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current rate, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Fees & taxes. Fees are stated at checkout. Paddle collects applicable sales tax, VAT or GST based on your billing location.
- Refunds. Veriwins offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund through Paddle.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade the paid features of your account until payment is updated.
3. Use of the Service
- Licence. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service within the plan you have purchased.
- Acceptable use. You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) submit fraudulent reports or spam; (c) infringe any intellectual property right; (d) attempt to probe, scan, scrape or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; (e) reverse engineer or resell the Service.
- User content. You retain ownership of evidence and content you upload. You grant Veriwins a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
- Verification vs guarantee. Veriwins is a verification and auditing tool — not a guarantor of prizes. The legal obligation to fulfil a prize remains solely with the host.
- User accountability. Users are responsible for the truthfulness of their reports. False reporting may result in a permanent ban from the Veriwins ecosystem.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, branding, audit logic and trust-scoring algorithms used by the Service are owned by Veriwins or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
5. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel paid plans from your account.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
- Accuracy. While our AI and manual audits aim for high accuracy, Veriwins is not liable for data errors or platform API changes from Instagram, TikTok, X, or any other source.
- No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Liability cap. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
- User indemnity. You agree to indemnify Veriwins against claims arising from content you submit, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
- DMCA Safe Harbor. Veriwins acts as a service provider under the DMCA. We respond to valid takedown notices sent to dmca@veriwins.com.
- CAN-SPAM. All milestone and crisis emails include our physical mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link, in compliance with federal email law.
- COPPA. The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent.
- State sweepstakes laws. Hosts running high-value giveaways (typically over $5,000) in states such as New York and Florida must register or bond as required. The auditor flags missing registration where applicable.
- Accessibility. We follow WCAG guidelines and design for screen readers.

9. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Veriwins is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Veriwins is an independent compliance auditor. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For specific legal questions, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
