Refund Policy

Veriwins offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date.

  • Refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your order date for any reason.
  • Eligible purchases. All Veriwins subscription plans, add-on credits, and one-time fees are eligible.
  • Subscription cancellations. You may cancel an active subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current billing period follow the 7-day rule above.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled through Paddle.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and select "Request a refund".
  3. Or contact us at support@veriwins.com and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
